Florence Musengi an MBA graduate, Communications professional, Chartered Public Relations Practitioner is a seasoned Executive and Professional Coach, Co-Founder and CEO of Floida Engineering Services a company that focuses on strategic Radar Technology Development, engineering consulting and project management amongst others. She is the current Chairperson of the Aerospace & Maritime Defence Industry Association (AMD). Previously she has held high level positions including Chief Executive Officer Paramount South Africa, Head of Communications and Public Affairs and later Vice President of SAAB AB, Executive Director of Reutech Group. She has worked in other various institutions and organizations encapsulating Universities, the United Nations.
She is the owner of WAYAM Communications Consulting, an organization that deals with Business Coaching, motivational speaking, strategic media relations, internal Employee Engagement, Brand Building and Reputational Management. Another business she owns Wayam Travel is a boutique travel management service. The owner of a clothing company called WAYAM Clothing, specializing in Personal Image Making and Corporate Dressing for Success. She believes Fashion is instant language; what you wear is how you present yourself to the world especially in today’s world. Her Leadership Empowerment Book titled “Woman At The Top” will inspire you to reach the top of your goals no matter the odds!
