The purpose of this eBook is to present the rationale, approach and methodology for the development and implementation of an endorsed employee engagement model. This model is used as the foundation upon which Talk2Us develops and implements Strategic, Tactical and Operations plans linked to activating human capital, and employee engagement for our client organisations.

Based on 21+ years of experience, Talk2Us has garnered a sound understanding of the Employee Engagement landscape. This, coupled with sound research methodologies presented using valid and reliable measuring instruments, has resulted in the development of a methodology with which Talk2Us measures and evaluates employee engagement in individual organisations.
