Meaningful Meetings
Introduction
The very word “Meeting” makes many employees wince - and these days, “Having an Agenda” doesn’t refer to preparing for a meeting: it means a covert objective, almost inevitably sinister.
The sorry truth is that meetings have given themselves a bad name. Unless they are properly planned, serve a genuine purpose, are handled well, and deliver a useful outcome, meetings can be both time-wasting and meaningless.
